The Menstrual Hygiene Day bracelet has been designed on behalf of WASH United, the creators of MHD, to help educate women and girls about their 28 day menstrual cycle.
The bracelet is made from 23 natural pearls and 5 red sea bamboo beads representing the average 5 days of bleeding.
10% from each sale is donated to Menstrual Hygiene Day in order to assist to continue their mission of education to end period stigma and increase awareness of menstrual health management.
